Thank you for purchasing TLM Attendance Manager software and/or a biometric device as part of your time and attendance solution.
Your package includes 1 hour of online installation and training. To make the most of this session, please follow these steps before your appointment:
- Save your database and license file (emailed separately) on the computer where you will install the software.
- Download the latest version of TLM Attendance Manager using the link below and follow the installation instructions which can be found here.
- Ensure your device is installed and connected to your network with a compatible IP address.
If you experience connection issues, please contact an external IT professional and/or the company that supplied the device. - Record the device IP address, as we will need it for setup.
- Check for Quick Assist on Windows 10 or later. If unavailable, we can suggest alternatives.
- Book your installation and training session using the link below.
If you need additional training, we can provide a quote for extra sessions.
