Thank you for purchasing TLM Attendance Manager software and/or a biometric device as part of your time and attendance solution.

Your package includes 1 hour of online installation and training. To make the most of this session, please follow these steps before your appointment:

1. Save your database and license file (emailed separately) on the computer where you will install the software.
2. Download the latest version of TLM Attendance Manager using the link below and follow the installation instructions which can be found here.
3. Ensure your device is installed and connected to your network with a compatible IP address.
   If you experience connection issues, please contact an external IT professional and/or the company that supplied the device.
4. Record the device IP address, as we will need it for setup.
5. Check for Quick Assist on Windows 10 or later. If unavailable, we can suggest alternatives.
6. Book your installation and training session using the link below.
